Refunds & Returns
Women Aboard accepts returns up to 30 days after you receive your product(s.) All returned merchandise must be factory-sealed in new condition (ex: CD's must be in the original factory sealed shrink wrap) unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective or as result of our error.
Shipping
All orders from the Women Aboard online store are processed and shipped within 7 days of receipt. Normal shipments are made via standard US Postal Service delivery. For expedited shipping contact us at 1-510-214-5024 (additional shipping fees may apply.)
Currency
All orders are processed in US Dollars.
Confidentiality
All member/customer personal and financial information is access protected. Member/customer information is never sold, and is only shared with other organizations or businesses as necessary to fulfill merchandise orders.
Financial information is used only to bill for products and services ordered by the member/customer, and is not stored beyond the length of time necessary to fulfill an order and allow for our return/refund policy to be executed.
